Listening practise

Listening to TED Talks is a great way to improve your English vocabulary and listening skills. Choose a topic you are interested in, listen and make note of any new vocabulary. Practise spelling and pronouncing the new words correctly and listen to how the words are used within context and different grammatical forms. These are particularly useful for IELTS students as you can also practise listening to a variety of different accents, which will be important when taking the IELTS Listening exam.
