Intellectual Property

All Course materials and online courses or training / promotional video are, and remain, the intellectual property of My UK Tutor. You are not authorised to:

(i) copy, modify, reproduce, re-publish, sub-licence, sell, upload, broadcast, record, post, transmit or distribute any of the course materials without prior written permission

(ii) record on video or audio tape the online courses or any other videos from the website.

Course Payment Terms:

Advance payment is required for all courses, either via PayPal or by Bank Transfer to the details provided to you by My UK Tutor.

You agree that all course payments are non-refundable.

My UK Tutor has no liability for any losses or issues incurred as a result of using any third party or banking websites.

Any group or promotional rates are made solely at the discretion of My UK Tutor.

Cancellation terms:

We understand that there may be times when lessons need to be rescheduled by, either the student or by My UK Tutor. You agree that:

  • 48 hours minimum notice is required by either party, prior to the arranged lesson, to re-arrange the lesson date or time.
  • Any cancellations are made by the student less than 48 hours before the arranged lesson, incur a cost of 50% of the pre-paid lesson cost, which will be retained by My UK Tutor.
  • If a lesson cancellation is necessary by My UK Tutor and if less than 24 hours is given before the arranged lesson, then a free one-hour lesson will be given to the student as way of recompense for any inconvenience caused.
